
I found an interactive calendar which is fully customizable and it's free. You can track anything you want: your exercise routine, your weight, your food intake - anything. You can even color code them, and add a background image.
I started mine in February. I put what type of exercise I did and I color coded my food behavior for each day. Gold is for being "On Track", Khaki is "Semi OnTrack", and Slate Gray is "Sabotage". But that's just me - you can set this up any way you like.
You can let people see it also. But if you get it, remember to set passwords for everything except viewing. (that is if you want people to see it)
Talk about being accountable - now everyone can see how you're doing and the color coding makes it easy to track how you're doing at a glance.
