Miracle Noodle - No Calories, Carbs, or Sugar

I bought a variety of noodles from Miracle Noodle recently. At first I loved it but after eating it, I just couldn't get past the strange texture. It's not a real noodle. It's made from a plant and is extremely chewy. It has no flavor of it's own but it takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it - kind of like tofu. But it has no calories, no carbs, and no sugar which is great if you like it.

It's packed in a liquid and it smells fishy so you have to rinse it first and then boil for one minute to remove the fishy smell. The smell comes from the plant. I personally am not crazy about this but if you don't mind a chewy texture, then you should try it. You can buy a single bag from Netrition for $2.79 also.
